I've read somewhere that gratitude resolves negativity. I am more optimistic and peaceful using this practice. Patience with myself and with others... another good one! Blessings!!!

God inhabits the praise of his people and God is certainly love, joy and peace etc...all the wonderful fruits of the Spirit...and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is peace (a great song BTW).
