I saw this way back when it came out, was always puzzling to me. Obama never seemed to have much affection or respect for Joe. There was nothing to indicate they were even remotely BFF's. If anything Obama was guarded in how he spoke about Joe. The tweet had me scratching my head, especially with the bracelet and smiley faces, it looked like something a young girl would do.
