He recently threw out his back ( that part seems to be over for now which is good, specifically according to him that part is now over, it was more of his spine )
But now he’s having very bizarre and painful back-muscle-spasms/cramps. When it happens, he jerks his body around and starts collapsing to the floor.
We’re all unvaxxed btw.
There is also a homeopathic blend named leg cramps that is made by Hyland's that works great for immediate relief.
