Lack of credit! I think that declaration is hugely meaningful. Is Israel bankrupt, have they had the financial rug pulled out from under them? Imagine if Israel has to stop because they have no money. This would be public and they would lose bargaining leverage. Did he just signal hamas Israel is out of money?
