RU has already put out it's concessions on TAS.

Complete UKR surrender. Complete surrender of all military equipment. RU territory will range from Karkhov to Odessa, Complete control of Black Sea coast. West UKR can not join NATO, have military aid, and they don't care who controls it. Openly offering to the Pols.

Pretty much what I've been espousing throughout entire conflict. RU govt has been very open about this stuff since the beginning.

Complete control of Black Sea coast.

Necessary to control the recent (sic) oil/gas discoveries off Ukraine's coast.

Can't have any competitor's sitting between Russia and Europe.
