That's Richard Citizen Journalist doing the interview. He's on Telegram nowadays. I believe this went up on his Twitter 1.0 pre crackdown.

There was also a video of a guy who James Alefantis was threatening who was talking about the basement connecting to a museum nearby, iirc. I haven't seen that one in a while. Hope it gets put up again too.
