Airbus bought out a very good airframe, the A220. This left Boeing with no alternative to to this to sell to airlines, so they started a fast track configuration change to their 737 series.
They cut corners in the design, tooling and manufacture despite the engineers valid protests and pushed ahead using diversity hire (allegedly) at all stages of the process. The FAA did not say very much about all this and how risky it was, why I don't know.
Also what happens when you outsource to India, who doesn't have the expertise, skills or knowledge necessary and who are being paid nothing so they don't care about putting pride in their work
It was an emergency exit with multiple levels of saftey. It is possible it was not re-installed or secured properly after maintenance by the operator or contractor.
A non sequitur fallacy is a sequence of reasoning that misses or skips over a key part, making the conclusion invalid (even if the premises are true). For example:
NIKKI HAYLEY IS ON BOEING BOARD, THERE FORE SHE HAS SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR BOEING MAX PROBLEMS OR CRASES..
There's no suggestion of cause and effect here. At no point did I indicate Nikki Haley caused the Boeing 737 to crash. All I did was point out that Boeing had her on their board, which indicates to me that Boeing really is not into air safety as much as they'd like people to think. The fact that it happen to be Nikki Haley was a shake-my-head coincidence.
Haley is a warmongering neocon and Boeing has enormous military and other government contracts.
Nimrata's job is to take up the slack and get this nation back into a shooting war. Boeing has made trillions off of taxpayers the last three decaded of almost continuous warfare.
Boeing must have gone woke, and lowered employee standards.
Gone cheap mostly. The whole woke shit is just so they can hire cheaper unskilled labor
Probably used Chinese steel, aluminum to save costs.
Exactly.

How many work visa pajeets worked on this aircraft??

That aircraft was less than three months old. It was brand new, fresh from Boeing,
All airplanes have interval inspections, even new ones.
Not sure, but someone on the video said it was not the emergency exit, that it was just a random part of the plane.
If I had anything with a "gaping hole"... I wouldn't bring it within 200 miles of Portland, Oregon.
The local "woke" population lacks self control.

DID YOU GRADUATE FROM 6TH GRADE? YET?
So if the board of directors in not responsible for the company who is?

Placekeeper
Placekeeper who can help get federal contracts
Unlike airships that successfully crossed the Atlantic hundreds of times but were grounded after one accident, airplanes get to keep on flying.
Don't fly in a 737 dash 8.
Recently flew Alaska Airlines to Cali and I'm pretty certain it was in a Boeing 737 Max. Gives one pause...
