Yeah well, no Stephen hawking either. I do get a laugh at how everyone is using the names released now to be so definitive of someone's guilt or innocence when we haven't even scratched the surface.

Look up Latham vs 1953 trust (Epsteins estate)lawsuit in SDNY. The initial judge who reviewed threw it out on standing as frivolous but it looks like the plaintiffs are also appealing the ruling as well as alleging that same judge was filing different statements than what he provided the plaintiffs and showing the initial ruling is impartial. There hasn't been any updates since about a year and half ago, but it's also not closed and it would appear they are suing the estate in another court in the Virgin Islands which I haven't been able to find.

Regardless of where that goes, whether it resurfaces or not, read the complaint and charges they are leveling, look at the list of defendants, and start going through one by one and see where those defendants are at today through all this.

Who knows what else is sealed or making it's way through other courts, cases, or jurisdictions. Like Q said, just because we don't see something doesn't mean nothing is happening.
