If I had to guess, Vivek submitted, I bet he has an indictment hiding in the shadows. He took a failed drug, manipulated the scientific data from failed clinical trials and remarketed it. Once he had $millions in investors money, he sold his stocks and walked away a rich man. Illegal as hell.

Vivek most likely said, "what if I go on the campaign trail and help wake the nation up to the truth, push all the conspiracy theories in the face of the normies, will you cut me a plea deal afterwards?"
