I haven't waded through all of this yet, but will put it out here. This article, EUA Countermeasures Are Neither Investigational nor Experimental, argues that fighting the jabs on the grounds that they are experimental (the thrust of question 3 here) is a no-go.
The technical and convoluted layering of legal clauses supposedly protects against this kind of attack. As I said, I haven't digested everything, and would love to have a brighter mind than mine weigh in.
