Someone (leftist) willing to break numerous laws and commit treason to “protect democracy” (~15% of the pop?) is unreachable AND unredeemable and must be removed from the country either by incarceration or deportation, even if they are just a foot soldier “following orders”. Lighter sentences for those that flip and provide evidence against higher-ups, but otherwise NO DEALS.
Deportation and jail time are not punishments for Treason. If convicted, the more common penalty is death, which for the crimes were discussing here, is fitting.
Libtards and progressives would think nothing of putting conservatives and Christians, pretty much anyone in concentration camps, death camps, and re-education camps. Nuke all who oppose them. They want to rule, or burning down.
This is a fight for survival of the species, not just democracy.
Agreed. No mercy, but it all must be by the book. Otherwise we are giving the leftists a precedent for them to abuse against Christians. This is actually what they want. They want us to "overdo it", so they can "legally" under color of law just round up and murder all the Christians. This is their objective, and there are traps to avoid in mete-ing out legitimate justice. 18USC2381 is 5 years minimum prison time and 18USC2384 is 20 years maximum prison time. Unknown "fine" amount for 2384.

Gov't offiicials may need to have a "properly executed oath" in order to be "owing allegiance to the United States". If no oath, then we get them on Civil fraud which has no statute of limitations and statutory 203x actual damages (3x compensatory, and 200x punitive). This would basically be any salary and benefits received, plus anything stolen all multiplied by 203x.
