The public doesn't get to set-up shop in a public park why should the DHS get to? Plus, technically what they're doing is illegal. By letting in unvetted illegals HLS is breaking the law.

I don't think you and I would get away with hanging out at a public park and blatantly breaking the law and endangering the community. Just saying.
