I’ve been using this since August 2023 and by the time it started working it became out of stock everywhere. Looks like it’s out of stock on there website. Check Amazon, it’s the only place I can find it consistently. I don’t like using Amazon but I really need it.
I believe this helped a lot as well. I started taking this liver supplement around the first of summer. I stopped taking it after a few months around the time I had been on meno support a couple months. I started getting hot flashes. I’m thinking that was helping as well.
This is great brand it helped a little but not with all physical problems of meno. Maybe it was due to mu age, weight and the health issues I’ve been through over the past year.
Banyan Botanicals has a couple products for menopause. I took them about eight years ago and they were wonderful but I was in better health. I got back on estrogen for a few years now off for a year. Only issue with this brand is they don’t flat out say this helps xyz health conditions. It’s because Ayurvedic Medicine treats the different body types than symptoms. It’s confusing and it works great for many people. I was just not interested in learning that lifestyle. It’s a great company and they stand by their products. I’ve used multiple products over the years. Look for Women’s Support & Women’s Natural Transition. I’m not sure what one I took many years ago. Research the ingredients they aren’t common in USA but have hundreds of years of success in India.
My hot flashes aren’t as bad as they were and I’m not sure if it’s my recent diet changes or because it’s not blazing hot. I don’t take the liver supplement anymore because of my diet. I’m trying to see what I can go with out. I’ve been eating Carnivore since 12/27 and I don’t many meno symptoms (tired, moody, sleep is stabilizing). I’m not saying change your diet just being honest about what’s working and why I stopped taking some. On strict carnivore you don’t eat plants and that includes plant supplements. I’m not giving up herbs. Just holding back on several until I get through it several months. I hope some of the info helps. My doctor didn’t help at all and there’s not good information out there. I have two pdfs with spreadsheet showing what herbs help different symptoms. I can’t share it here because it’s basically an image on my phone. I’ll try to find the person’s name. She’s kinda cooky but seems to know female hormone health. I saved what I needed and stopped watching her. I’ll look for her and send to you. Might be a few days it’s a busy week.
I appreciate any and all information that you’ve shared. Thank you so much! I’m trying to abound the one size fits all approach of big pharma, so supplements are worth the try for me.
Your welcome. Look into essential oils and herbal medicine. I rely on herbs for most things. If you have questions message me. I can send links that will help you get started. Herbal tea is amazing but it’s an acquired taste. Took me several years before I could drink without lots of honey or something. Now I love the earthy flavor.
