This is exactly why Trump needs to carefully select a great, MAGA VP - and why we need to vote in as many MAGA and vote out as many RINOs as we can.
Lets say Trump does get a majority of blacks and hispanics. He wins, and does the same kind of stuff he did for them last time. Next election they will vote red as well. Now what would happen if those "Red" politicians turned out to be the same RINOs we've had for a few decades now? Blacks and Hispanics will just go blue again to get the free stuff they won't get from the right.
Trump not only needs to drain the swamp and fix the country - he needs to make sure there aren't any snakes laying in the grass waiting for his term to end again so they can go back to work. If he doesn't, we will lose all the goodwill he built up.
One is that our election system needs to be fixed so the people's choice is allowed to come to office and serve. Two is that it'll take the people to make sure this doesn't happen again. Trump is the way shower for sure. But, it'll only be as good as we can handle and take care of.
