This tech is available now. Several working examples online. Indian government has plans to retrofit their entire container shipping industry. Lots of incredible possibilities and practical utilization. Best part is its retrofit tech. You just add the parts to existing engines & generators and the process works.

This isn't a over unity machine, it works by transforming matter, It runs on gasoline but its exhaust gases are 40% oxygen.

I hope Malcolm Bendall gets the credit for this, some folk are saying that it was invented by Randall Carlson, he just reported on it on the Rogan show and didn't invent it.
