I used to be stationed at Pope AFB back in the '80s. Any given day, throughout the course of the day, we'd launch at least a dozen or more C-130s, just doing routine 5-hour flights for the air crews to practice and get their required hours in. That's not including flights going TDY.
A Cessna going in a same pattern day after day suggests that someone is learning to fly or getting ready to do solo. I come from a family of pilots so I've had years of experience. Lol
Someone could be learning to fly. I don't think it's anything abnormal.
