Prosecutor? There is no prosecutor here. Do you really think Fani Willis has been charged with anything? This is an evidentiary hearing and the judge is determining whether she should be disqualified from the RICO case. The person doing the questioning is Ashleigh Merchant, defense attorney to former Trump campaign official Michael Roman, a co-defendant.
