I agree with your position. I've seen it a lot. Some would call it racism, other times its out of convenience and community.
And it's too bad that some think of it as racism. There is nothing wrong with a Little Italy, or a Chinatown, etc. There is nothing racist about loving your culture.
Depending on exact region of origin, some of these places still hold an anti-American sentiment.
True. And that is a different type of challenge. It is not racism.
Just ignorance. I would blame most things on governments.
