One possible solution is to come up with ever more ridiculous new gender names, and then force Leftards to use them under threat of their own rules. As Rush once said, "illustrate absurdity by being absurd".

I disagree with that. When you play by the enemies rules, you're validating them, and they're happy you're taking part in the confusion. That will backfire on you. Just stick your ground and say no to taking part in this bs.
