I'm glad she steered away from Bill Clinton. The reason is because he didn't need to be dragged into this mess and would have been considered a low hit, and it would have been unprofessional for Nancy Mace to bring that up anyway. Then the media could have roasted her over an open flame for evading a question and attacking Saint Bill the 42nd.
Mace could have shut Stephanopoulas down with one simple question:
What President did you serve and defend?
He has zero right or credibility to ask the question when he served under and supported Bill Clinton.
