Well as a retired Social Worker I can guarantee if shown in any other common person’s house Children’s Services would want to come evaluate for a safety check. But since it is Rep. I had to break into a house to change the locks for a mortgage company like 30 yrs ago,the tenants had defaulted on their loan,house was still full of furniture, when i did a walk thru and couldn't believe what i saw ,the kids room had a hasp on the outside like for a shed lock,i promptly reported it to the CPS,and the house was fucked up,some people live like animals.
