I see it as highly likely. If for no other reason, they are trying to save their corrupt DA's career. If admitting to a felony under oath and having an affair with her subordinate wasn't enough to ruin her. Getting her ass kicked in court on a bullshit charge against a President would be 3 strikes, the bitch is out.
