Not everyone understands the value of the foods he has selected. You can call it slop if you want. He seems to be trying this combo to ascertain if they do positive things for his health.
If they ultimately don't, you can be sure he will be changing it up until he finds the right mix of things for himself. Time will tell. Right now, everything he is doing is being charted, analyzed and evaluated. It's a grand experiment.

I eat fatty meat, fresh veggies, organic fruit, but I also take a boat load of supplements. One is not necessarily exclusive of the others, you know!
Now, he is trying various eating regimens and then testing his blood, tracking his endurance, brain quickness, physical strength and charting it all.
Then, he tries something else and then sees what his body does.
He's really doing a good job of trying to figure out what makes him physically and mentally reach peak health.
