fuckin' diversity hire.
I suspect the same.
'define what a woman is?'
"umm.. in what context? i cant."
Exactly, time to show her the door and not give her the position.
but dat be raysis!!!!
I never complied with such foolishness. Amazing what foolish people create and endorse .And how many that will foolishly follow along. This foolishness will only end when everyone stops complying.
agreed. i prefer to turn it back upon them. some see just how childish theyve become. many however double down as a means to avoid responsibility, blame 'wyt-pepo', & continue to make excuses for failures within their comunities due to their own behaviors. some are waking up tho. that gives me hope.
Best cure for a temper tantrum is to remove the audience.
It's hard to humiliate someone with a low IQ. We're not talking about a person like Thomas Sowell. IMHO, KBJ would be better suited as a local district magistrate or Justice of the Peace, not filling a chair on the highest court in the land.
Sweeping floors at motel 6.
Even that might be a stretch for her intellect.
Not even a magistrate, seen that before. Just like everyone else we obtained warrants (WFA) the next day with a magistrate who actually knew the laws.
I figured her depth is more akin to tending rabbits. 😉
Ketanji Brown Jackson, the dumbest woman on the high court (who can’t define a woman), set herself up when she tried to argue that future presidents would be emboldened to commit crimes if they had immunity from prosecution.
“Presidents from the beginning of time had understood that that’s a possibility, that might be what has kept this office from turning into the kind of crime center that I’m envisioning, but once we say, ‘no criminal liability Mr. President – you can do whatever you want.’ – I’m worried that we would have a worse problem than the problem of the president feeling constrained to follow the law while he’s in office,” Ketanji Brown Jackson said.
This woman is truly stupid. She walked right into it.
Her assumption is everyone who is president has as their first instinct, a desire to commit a crime. She assumes if there is nothing to hold a person back, they will simply devolve into a sub-human cretin. Maybe that's how things are in her culture? Fanni Willis for example. Maybe it's the common thread with all Democrats like Hillary Clinton?
I suspect another DEI hire. But I agree she might of thought of HRC , Obama and Biden.
Well she is proof of that. Bet if they look at her college works she has plagiarized her work.
She is a literal moron.
I have the same impression.
She was pressing the matter hard. And the key is in the word: envisioning. She is envisioning it. Hence, the way she is constructing a la Weisman for a criminal regime.
Turning the argument around: this is what the dems are gunning for.
I will add this consideration: https://www.city-journal.org/article/no-more-special-counsels h/t @ purkiss80
Thank you for the link and also to purkiss80. Time to remove the politics and stip this Political circus we sold as being investigations. Total fraud on the tax payers.
She can't even let him finish speaking. She is so sure of herself in her error. It's sad we have such low level intellect sitting the Supreme Court. THE constitution is where balance must be sought, instead it's based on her emotions and self determination she is brighter than anyone else.
Amen, there is a reason she will not let him finish speaking.
It is hard to respect someone you know has reached a position not by talent or perseverance but by stepping unapologetically on backs of others along the way. She SOUNDS authoritative and knowledgeable but I think OP correct. Dude made her panic and stutter. Not a great look for the SC. (Although the blinged out collar on the robe screams “I’m SERIOUS!” Doesn’t it?”
Those positions should be earned and not handed out to support a political agenda hiding behind color.
Oh I like the headline very much. I almost don't want to read the piece in case she wasn't actually humiliated.
