She didn't create the slogan. She pushed environmental laws to keep Texas beautiful. An ad agency created the slogan in 1985.
If you have a link saying Lady Bird created the slogan I'd love to see it.

She would be unconcerned about such minor accolades for such a minor purloined idea.
