Yes. My idea is, states need to take back power. Fed government, 90% of the power and people should be gone. DC needs to close and become a museum and park. The next capitol, TX.
The best option as with all things, is distributed, but it’s not clear how that should look. Back in the day, most of the state capitols were placed far away from the major economic centers as possible for this exact reason. Texas, California, New York, and Florida are economic hub states, so probably want to keep most power away from them.
