Don't let them sleep, I saw one campus do a "good morning Vietnam". Also play patriotic music all night, and every 20 minutes honk a truck horn.

Fire trucks would be an easy way to take out the tents, etc. But a couple of Hummers with “pain rays” would be a whole lot more fun to watch.
