"Temp" was the "smoke and mirrors" to mislead the average U.S. citizens when it was enacted. In 1913 Woodrow Wilson put into place the corrupt Federal Reserve Act in December while Congress was on Christmas break (Merry X-mas America 😡🤬). Prior to that the IRS was added into the 16th Amendment earlier in the same year. There is a debate about whether the amendment is legal due to the state ratification process. 2/3's. Writings of the day indicate that the ratification process was rushed.... and here we are today!
