This is where living in a small town is helpful, because you can call the Sheriff and say "Joe, are those idiots banging on my door right now claiming to be law enforcement yours? If so, could you please give them a call and advise them to de-ass my porch and I'll come down by you in the morning with some coffee and figure out what's up.
