Even putting aside time travel, I don't put it past a hyper intelligent probably vaguely autistic 10 year old to be able to be part of something like the Q operation if born into that world and absorbing information like a sponge for that entire time. I'm not saying it's likely or that they'd even be in the lead position back then but to dismiss the possibility so easily as some do seems foolish to me. And then of course when you add in time travel it gets all kinds of confusing, is there more than one running around at a time? Etc.
