In Portland, it was the water bureau. Smaller town, yes, municipal water district office most likely.
Southern California known for fire so now they are turning off water and claiming theft so when the major blaze comes, Newsom can claim emergency funding.
At this point. Either force them into rehab or lock them up and let them get high as often as they want until the inevitable OD Narcan doesn’t bring them back from, or until they are finally ready to get their act together. Letting them run loose clearly isn’t working
If we want to fix them, there's way. You give them a drug that give aversion such as vomit and diarrhea any time they light up. They will crack the habits fast.
You are not hearing about these kinds of therapy because they are trying to keep people down. Pharma needs money.
Sometime around 2008-2009, when the economy took a crap and I had no work other than a HUD contract and a VA contract, I was doing restoration work just east of downtown Detroit at a large HUD apartment complex.
We had been pulling out curb and gutter and replacing it in parking lots. I had the forks for my skidsteer in the parking lot of the next building over as we poured new curb in another. I looked over to see 2 men with a truck struggling to pick up the very heavy forks and put them in the back of their pickup. As I ran over yelling and wielding my sledge hammer, the criminals jumped in their vehicle and sped off.
This was around the time that scrap prices had spiked and thieves were stealing every piece of metal they could find. They would steal manhole covers and fire hydrants and even break into houses and strip them of the copper wiring.
I was at this site most of that summer and witnessed some fucked up shit. One of the kids that worked for me had his paycheck stolen out of his truck even as we worked in the same lot. A FedEx guy was robbed at gunpoint and the truck stolen in the complex while we were there.
That is the time I got my concealed carry permit. Most of my crew did too. None of us felt totally safe on that job site.
They should just buy them back at scrap metal prices from the junkyards.
Kek
If that had any cops, they could raid the junkyards and charge them with receiving stolen property.
No cops under Newsom would do such a thing. California is gone.
Then they just need to buy them back....
Newsom needs money. He and his demons won't
Isn't there a lot of water going to those fire hydrants? How do the thieves stay dry?
i was just wondering the same??
I have no idea. I got a car accident once with one of them, and I stayed dry.
I just watched the video and the news lady said the thieves turn the water off first. How the hell do they do that?
Same way as Maui.
That would be at the city's water control place wherever the hell that's at.
Water bureau.
Like the municipal water district or something like that?

The main valve is underground
Crackheads going to crackhead.

Wow. I know about Detroit and their crimes, but that's a blatant thing during daytime (as I am sure you were working during the day, not at night).
We don't need no water let the mfer burn ...
Their plan. Sacrificed by fire to Moloch
