Meaning that the phase of the Moon on the cover of GEORGE was the same over Mt. Rushmore on July 3, 2020 when POTUS was there .

The future phases of the moon are however predictable. If it were not a coincidence, that would imply that they knew the date in advance, probably because they co-planned it.
