Very true. With only a couple of exceptions, most of my acquaintances cycle through work, TV and sleep. And most also find ball games entertaining, spending several hours per week watching such games. Then spend more hours discussing those games. Ask them a question about health, politics or any world event and they'll repeat a standard response from the tell-u-vision.
