I would guess there are a tiny handful of people at the CIA who feel bad about some of what has been done and that its no way to run a nation. I think Tucker and Alex Jones probably have links with these people as well and one or two others who do the rounds but they have no real institutional influence over policy in the agency.
I view the world as having a few different power factions.
The Zionists - tied into the MIC and Intel agencies, international finance but among the Zionists they are not a unified camp. They go from the New York faction who just want to steal land vs the Khanists who have the red heffers and want to bring about the apocalypse.
You have the "techno-totalitarians" who are some of the big industrialists like Rockefeller and the big tech firms who are really into global government. The Zionists I believe might swallow government if it was run from Tel Aviv but don't really trust them.
You also have the third worldist faction lead by George Soros and open society who believe by turning the whole world into South Africa that they will be able to rule unopposed over garbage heap.
I've heard the comment that the globalists became more divided after David Rockefeller died. That a schism has opened up to some degree since then.

Right. I think there's a big war for control behind the scenes among the elites, who are just as divided as the rest of the country is.
