We know the left always projects. We also know that if we are in a devolution scenario, she’s likely referring to Trump with the second scenario. Was she perhaps referring to someone else having done this as well? Could the second scenario be referring to another situation that’s already happened in the past? Who ordered, or tried to order, seal team 6 to take out a political rival? Was this Obama? LBJ? We all know that Clinton took bribes to hand out pardons, so bask in the hilarity of that one.

Unaddressed, due to her adherence to partisan, ideological hackery, is - if the president knew that his political opposition could drag him into court for every action he took, why would he take any action and how would the office of the presidency not effectively be completely defanged?

Communists want an honest presidential office to be defanged, though. Chevron puts real administration back under the president, and this ruling then forces any administrative agencies that remain to follow real laws passed by Congress and natural law from God if they want presidential immunity from prosecution.

This judgment gives the president protection from prosecution, so long as he can show that he was reasonably trying to perform his official duties of enforcing the law.

Wouldn’t an honest Supreme Court Justice be able to address the counter-arguments and lay out potential frameworks?
