Does anyone else find it odd that the MSM / Left are NOT calling for more gun control?

Usually after any shooting, the MSM and their toadies among the Left are quick to call for more gun control measures. This morning? Nada, zilch, total silence.

Pretty much every one I'm talking to is comparing and contrasting Trump with the eggplant today. I'm surprised how many of my test normies are coming up with the thought that someone may try this on the Resident next.
