You need very expensive subscriptions that only licensed brokerage houses and investment firms have access too.

Federal Investigators can get direct access and journalists can get 2nd party access if they know people in the industry.

If common traders had access, we could read which way the wind is blowing and make fortunes, but the house (market makers) would lose their advantage.

The system is rigged, it's a big club and you and I are not in it.
