Wall Street is freaking out that Donald Trump picked populist JD Vance as his running mate. But parts of Silicon Valley and crypto venture capitalists are elated. What gives?

DOn Jr and Tucker convinced Trump on Vance is what I am reading. If I know Trump, he doesn't trust anyone after the last 7+ years but his family. Vance is in play and I am hoping he is not the Et Tu Brutus in this movie!

That's actually my concern.

Don Jr. isn't Donald Senior.

Typically... kids are never as good at their dad.

I would want Trump to pick his own VP. Not based on what Don Jr. says.

If there is a plan. I would expect them to have had a VP in line for a long time.

Not some random that Don Jr agrees on.
