Ivan has a platform, and other videos describing his agenda in detail, including some posted here on GAW. Just search his name, and you can familiarize yourself with what he is on about.

Quick overview: He is a former Green Beret, and lawyer who is advocating for a legal agenda to combat the deep state by mobilizing sheriffs to initiate arrests.
