I said it didn't make sense because not all blacks in America have ancestry from Africa nor are they all American and you can't tell someone's nationality by looking at them. However, in Kamala's case, I thought her fatherr was black. Please correct me if I'm wrong on that.
By what reason would you say that? He has a white great-grandparent, and the rest are of black African descent. Do you belong to the school that "one drop of white blood signifies being white"?

The form gives Jamaica for both country of origin AND "race or color." I suspect someone was sloppy in filling it out.
