In Q Post 34 Q says that the Emergency Broadcast System will be activated. November 2024 is a 7-year delta.

Isn't it a coincidence that 2024 is an election year, and that there isn't a scheduled National Test this year but radio stations are still required to file EAS Form One filing by October 4th?

There are no coincidences.
