Where are you getting the "sum of all fears" part of the plan from???

Sum of all fears, within the context of the Plan and Q drops, refers to Cankles, U1, Syria, and yellow cake sold to Russia (cheap) - where a portion of that same cake (same "geiger" profile) was used to create a nuke to be detonated on US soil and blamed on Russia, during Cankles' 2016 term... THAT'S what the sum of all fears refers to...
