I don't know where he got that video with the spiral either, but from the following image on https://nitter.poast.org/pic/orig/media%2FGZEkTnCXAAARG3N.png it seems that he might have taken it from a TruthSocial account named @LithiumVapor ...

In2ThinAir also says it's "false" here: https://nitter.poast.org/In2ThinAir/status/1842255775349051570 , referring to the spirals, and he is also a well-known expert on Weather Modification on YouTube.

But In2ThinAir DOES claim that Helene was artificially modified by "beams" originating from Georgia and Florida, just not with these spirals.
