I don't know if you can edit the title. Like people in Eastern Ukraine...

In one of the clips they discuss the fighting in Mariupol. I have no idea if the all video is about the situation in Mariupol or just one clip. If it's about Mariupol, besides ethnic Russians there is a big ethnic Greek community. So it's fair to say people in Eastern Ukraine. The video is actually about ukrainian army preventing civilians free the war zones, so they can use them as a collateral
