If this is indeed true (and not manufactured) then doesn't this mean it is by intention? Design? Regardless of motive, haven't they declared their hand, put their cards on the table? Inept, irresponsible. ignorance nonsense isn't an excuse. This endeavor was indeed either planned... or it wasn't.

And in stark contrast. If it isn't true, the results remain the same.. and this disaster is being enabled by some other influence, somewhere else... well, isn't that an even bigger problem?
