All the keto and carnivore drs advocate a high fat diet. Fat regulates our hormones. I am on carnivore and eat lots of fat. It’s weird because we were always taught that fat was bad. Lies. They want us sick.

brain needs fat. cholesterol issues from animal fats is a lie. People with higher cholesterol don't get alzheimer's. Brain is made of cholesterol
