Part of me thinks Biden wants Kamala to lose. He’s a vindictive man by nature; plus, Jill hates Kamala.

A Trump win wouldn’t mean trouble for Biden. His mental state will get him out of any prosecutions, and he can pardon Hunter.

On the other hand, a Trump win will likely mean trouble for several people, some of whom also betrayed Biden… including Obama.
