Unless he was given the green light to stir shit up and bring attention to Puerto Rico. Two of the stars that came out and endorsed Kamala after this joke were JLO and Bad Bunny both who are alleged to be on Diddy Tapes. It’s not like Trump is going to lose votes out of PR anyway
