What if the 10 days of darkness means Harris/Walz win the 2024 election, but then 10 days later everything comes out?

Since the electricity hasn't gone out over the entire CONUS, yet, I can only surmise that there will be ten days AFTER Nov. 5 for election results to be tabulated. The darkness is how the country will feel....kinda dark and sad because there isn't any real winner in the POTUS race.
