Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Be cautious of the pollsters and the findings.
Generally when we have polls that show a tied or very close race, one has to question the validity of the poll itself. By this I mean what is the research base or polling size? Is it a large one, or is it a small one? Of those polled, what is the percentage of party affiliation or preference: did it reach out to mostly one party, or the other to draw the results from? When we see the numbers are tight, i suspect the polled base were "cherry-picked" or biased to reinforce the position for which it was pushing. I have never trusted any poll for just exactly what I mentioned above. The true measurement of how the election or the ideology searching for are the ones posted by who had large base numbers and responses to their polls with results. For example: Elon Musk, Buffets and even Cubans polls on X not too long ago. Every one of those clearly showed DJT was crushing it.
